That’s why I created my community memberships: a supportive place for parents to learn practical, brain-based strategies, receive real-time guidance, and connect with others who truly understand. Together, we focus on building more calm, confidence, and connection at home.
I help parents like you learn practical, research-backed tools that make home life calmer and give you a community where you feel supported and understood.
For over a decade, I’ve supported families navigating ADHD, autism, and anxiety. In my clinical work, I help kids understand their brains and build skills that support regulation, confidence, and connection.
This space is a little different.
Here, the focus is on you — the parent — and offering practical, brain-based tools, thoughtful guidance, and a steady place to land as you support your child. I also bring lived experience to this work. Alongside raising my neurodivergent children, I parent while managing ADHD, dyslexia, and anxiety myself. That perspective shapes everything I create here — grounded in compassion, realism, and deep respect for how complex family life can be.
*I also offer limited one-to-one parent coaching for families who want personalized support and a customized plan.
Parenting a child with big feelings can feel like running a marathon with no finish line. If you’re tired of googling, second-guessing yourself, or trying strategies that don’t stick—this community gives you practical tools, real support, and a reminder: you don’t have to do this alone.
